I had been escalating an issue of mine to customer care executive since last 2 months for which I haven't received a response from them or their support team IRCTC.
Every time new executive come attend your call and only give fake assurance that your issue will be addressed in 24 hours. Even you can't except solution from the seniors.
Waste of time to give call call at customer care. They never understand customer situation. It better to get the booking done from other channels rather than IRCTC.
