One of the problem with this site is many a times it goes like snail and sometimes, during the bank transaction after payment the IRCTC screen link gets disconnected and will ask the customer to re-login. Even I have faced such problems, but luckily when I login to IRCTC again, the same tickets will be there in the Booked Tickets tab.
