Server is not working properly. Review on Irctc

If we plan to go out of town. in our busy life every one can not go to ticket counter for railways ticket booking so most of people prefers to do it through online medium.

I use the apps IRCTC. This app has so many issues to be solved.First, it is very slow and sign up takes so much time .The next is if you suppose to book ticket every thing is going good till ticket search and fill up you information but when you  finally click conform button that most of time the server not works proper and in mean while ticket all available ticket has been booked and we get waiting list. some time they cut payment also. and the cancellation charge is too high also.

So my personal request to the team member of IRCTC. please improve the service of this site. Recently I have book 5 ticket and all I got in waiting. so as per my personal experience I am sharing my view.
