If you are a regular railway traveller and wants to know about the booking apps then definitely its better you go directly to the railway station and make tickets.The apps IRCTC has so many issues to be solved.First, it is very slow and sign up takes so much time that you are lost.The next is if you sign in also, it gives the message temporary cannot be logged in due to maintenance problem.The other thing is the message displaying option are not easily checked for various station.If you want to book ticket from a point to destination, it does not show all the details the availability, fare, time and class of journey, hours of journey clearly as expected .If you search for a particular day also and need some more information regarding berth, seating, confirmation of seats and any changes in the passenger number, you dont have option and the connection is too slow and always you have to reenter all the details repeatedly to make one booking.
