I am writing this review not based on one but six failed transactions. I came to know that only the normal user get this type of worst service, but the ticket agents get pretty good bandwidth and no failure transactions are there for them. Overall the user is paying high amount of tax more than agent and get less amount of bandwidth and service from Irctc.I booked some 15 tickects and made payment for 21 tickects.
Once the ticket is paid via online banking the amount is debited but says communication failure and it displays the debited amount will be credited back to your account. But it takes not less than three days and some times it took me three weeks after some days of writing to customer care.For normal booking you have to try minimum two or six times to get to the booking page.
I recommand all the users to book ticket via agents that will cost less and less hasale.Irctc.co.in is the best example for a worst web service.I am a lecturer for Microsoft and cisco. I now show irctc website for worst bandwidth service and my students are quite pretty good understanding using irctc.co.in.Thank you IRCTC.co.in
