Need to work on drawbacks. Review on Irctc

I have been frequently booking tickets through irctc website.I am glad we can book tickets online.I remember how long I used to stand in the que to book tickets for our summer vacations.Being the youngest in the house doesn’t work in my favour at times.

Now it is quite simple.They have all the options to book tickets. One can check availability, fare and routes also. However it is high time irctc work on their drawbacks.

Their servers are quite slow, sometimes it takes a long time to even retrieve the station code.These days the berth allotment has changed.in some trains.Now side berths have 3 sleeper capacity instead of two and on one side 4 people have to sit instead of 3.The fourth passenger has to sleep in the space provided at the side berth.God it is so inconvenient!

This booking change is not reflecting in the website .

I think it is high time IRCTC makes the necessary update and stop causing inconvenience to the passengers.
