The IRCTC eticketing website is the most frustrating experience to attempt. Make sure you have plenty of time, a bunch of headache pills and a plan B in place before you start your frustrating-journey with this site. I have successfully registered and chosen my train tickets, put in all the painful info(including those infernal Captcha) and have been stalled each time at the OTP verification of my mobile and email id. Have requested it several times and waited each time for my blessed phone to ping. but it is not to be. No OTP back, no message, and no recourse either that I can use to address this issue with someone on that side. All in all, a time wasting, life shortening, utterly frustrating experience! Will the Babus wake up and do something about this?
