This is in reference to my My Ticket cancelled on 17th May 2016

ticket ID: [IRCTC #3394847] the above ticket cancelled on 17th May 2016.
MY Date of travel was 24th May 2016 .
I HAVE CANCELLED THE TICKET 7 DAYS BEFORE MY TRAVEL DATE WHICH IS DEFINITELY MUCH MORE THAN STIPULATED 48 HRS
AND I BEING CHARGED RS 120 AS CANCELLATION CHARGES. INSTEAD OF RS 60
PLEASE NOTE I AM UNABLE TO REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND EVERY TIME I SEND MAIL I GET AUTO REPLY . KINDLY TAKE UP THE MATTER WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS I AM UNABLE TO REACH THEM .
