Hats offff to the Indian Railways, altast they came up with a very good website for booking tickets online. Every coin has two sides, similarly I would like to tell some +vs and _vs also.
+vs.
You can book you ticket ol , so you dont have to stand in the queue and fight with other passengers,etc...
You can also check out fare and plan your travel accordingly.

The major drawback in the system is that its loading time and worst of all you cannot book ticket for tatkal before 9:00 am. For e.g.
I wanted to book ticket in TATKAL from NGP to DURG, so I sat in front of my system from morning 7:30 am. Believe me it doesnt allow me even to login at the peak time. Somehow I booked my ticket at 9:10 am, but no use as I got waiting list ticket.
Pathetic Loading Time and also Service and Support.................
