This is regarding the Internet Services of the Iqara and regarding the stupid and careless people working in Iqara.


Well I have the SME Plan and my Account Number is 26303. with the name Swayam Info Media. I am using the SME Plan since last 8 months and since Dec. 2004 I had been facing chain of problems from Iqara internet service providers.


In my recent problem the Iqara ppl. had just taken off my balance 325 MB from my account while renewal of my account and this happen just because of there own renewal department person. Mr. Bhavin Dalwadi (Ahmedabad). well the story goes like this.


Mr. Behavin Came to my office on the Last day of my renewal Day I.e. on 28th Jan 2005 at around 2 PM and being regular customer I have handed over the cheque on the spot but Mr. Bhavin could not submit that cheque on the same day before 4 Pm which is there daily reporting time. So the cheque was submitted on the next day I.e. on 29th Jan 2005. as a result my account was disconnected.


On 29th Jan when I logged in I came to know that my internet is not working so I called up to the Iqara local office and talked to Renewal Dept. they told me that the cheque was not submitted on time so my account is discontinued. Well my account was discontinued just because of carelessness of the Iqara staff. I guess staff of the Iqara are also getting atomized.


Then I called up Miss. Vandna on her mobile No. 9879000491 (Well the called tune of the Vandna is really good one the song Tere liye ...) and asked her about this matter but she did not even knew that in the SME plan the remaining MB are carry forwarded to the next month. Well on the phone Vandna assured me that she will talk to Behavin and call me back but yet I don't have any call from Vandna or Iqara regarding this matter.


then Finally on the 2nd Feb I made a call to Call centre and complained about that ... as a result I got this complain no. 200502022356 but yet after 6 days also my problem is still pending.


I have also seen that in all the departments of Iqara (Ahmedabad) there is lot of internal communication gap which is shameful for a communication company.


Well I am publishing this on the Internet and sending to all the iqara offices in India ... and I wish my problem will be solved and Iqara will improve.


I have list of complains against Iqara every since I took service from Iqara which point towards the cheating by the service provider with the client. If my complain is not solved in couple of days then I am going to take some action against Iqara.


so all the HOD's of Iqara.... take a note of this.
