Sometime last year I bought a Samsung mobile phone from a China seller. I paid via paypal(luckily!) After I have made the payment, the seller kept pushing me to acknowledge receipt of the item and he promised me a gucci purse if I did so.
I became suspicious over his action and the transaction. After one week, I received an email from iOffer.com that the seller had closed his account and asked me to contact the credit card company to dispute the payment if I had not received the item.
The item had never arrived. I was so fortunate that I paid by Paypal and dispute it thru them. During the dispute, the seller said he had sent the item and provided Paypal resolution centre a fake registered article no. Eventually, he told paypal he would send another time with a registered parcel no.
The item arrived, but it was a cheap ladies purse but not the Samsung Mobile phone which I have paid. Finally, Paypal ruled the case in favour of me and refunded the full amount to my account. Once bitten twice shy, I will never buy from iOffer.com again.
