I feel this review is:
Intex fitrist health band is just about naming features and nothing more than that. It has a terrible battery life lasting just 4-5 days without using any other feature except step count and sleep tracking. Also both these are inaccurate compared to fitbit and mi bands. The sleep tracker also doesnt count your sleep after 8 am, so forget that you'd get a proper reading if u wake up late. Also it doesn't have the ability to vibrate to wake u when you are in light sleep as mi does. Other features like camera and music controls are also very sluggish and some what not trust worthy specially if you want any moment in an instant. My advice would be to go for other brands like mi in this range or fitbit if you can go higher.
