I have purchased a brand new Intex Extreme phone just couple of weeks back and I am surprised to see the Quality of the phone. Within 15 days of purchasing the phone, the speaker is no longer working.
I am unable to use the phone, either I can call people on loudspeaker or not at all. I am really very disappointed and regretting the decision of going with Intex.
When I called customer support, they guys are telling me to go to service center. I am working in an IT industry, how would you expect me to go to service center within core working business hours.
After investing 12K . what I got is. not even able to take the call.
A lot of folks advised me to write the reviews on marketing websites so that no one else suffer from this situation.
