Intex Aqua 4G Plus is a new LTE based affordable smartphone that runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS. Launched as a rival to the likes of Huawei Honor 4X and Motorola Moto G2.
I wanted to get a new phone for my sister, though she wasn't much interested in Xiaomis or Micromax; so this is when I came across Intex Aqua 4G Plus and researched a bit before spending money on it.
The handset costs aroudn Rs. 9940, and comes packed with a 1.3GHz Quad-Core Mediatek Processor coupled with 2GB RAM, and includes 16GB of internal storage. A 5 inch HD OGS Display based handset, it is protected with Dragon Trail Glass. The screen is quite bright but the touch is somewhat laggy at times, especially while playing games. As said, it runs on ndroid 5.0 Lollipop, the Aqua 4G+ sports a clean user interface, making navigation simple and easy.
Intex has added a 13MP rear camera in its new handset and a 5MP front camera. The quality of camera might not be good but is good for sharing on social networks. The handset with such hardware configuration managed to run most of the heavy graphics games, though at times it suffered from lags while running games like Mordern Combat 5.
The build of handset seemed solid yet attractive. It is slim and light in weight. It might not be an impressive handset, but for such price you cannot bargain for more.
