I took Tikona internet connection from 2 June 2012 for unlimited usage plan for 6 month.( User ID:1106576873). I made very strange mistake in my life. I done its pre-payment Rs. 3000/- in May 2012. Their internet service started after 6:00 PM on 2 June 2012, Saturday. Tikona Executive told that my 6 months period will be counted from the time, when Tikona internet started. Due to vary bad service, I decided to not renew their service. I informed them at beginning of November 2012 regarding this by calls/emails. After 6 month period I removed their cable from my system.
Although everything was clear, they called several times after 6 month period & asked for extra money. After torturing very much to me & my father, they finally collected their device & gave paper of disconnection (which indicates that everything was clear). Even after this harassment, they started to give threats. On 4 Feb 2013, 11:56 AM, my father got threat-call from Tikona Lawyer, K. P. Singh(+91-9151920501).
Tikona Lawyer told that he is making court case against my father & he'll claim Rs. 25000/- in court of Delhi! He also told that he'll make situation for us to wonder at court of Delhi. Means we have to frequently visit Delhi court to resolve it. This thing clearly indicates that Tikona is a group of blood-sucker & they'll continue torturing to client even after stopping their service. Kindly ban this company ( http://www.tikona.in). Message to friends: Never make mistake to purchase Tikona Internet Services.
