When managers of a company start going absconding, its a clear indication of the sorry state of affairs inside. Shocking but it happens quite often at Intelenet. The work culture and employee treatment is so bad that even managers becoming absconding in Intelenet.
And its not a surprise. Salary and payments do not come on time. Employees are treated like disposable tissue paper. There is no concept of employee grievance redressal. Management does not keep any commitment. Salary is very low compared to the industry.
Without any doubt one of the worst companies to be in in the BPO industry.
