Instituties turn into hard core business-IMT Leads. Review on Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad

I have taken ‘PGEMIS -  1 Year distance learning program’ from IMT in  Jan 2015(form number: 15115628). They promised the followings:

1. This program helps working professionals to take on large critical roles

   
   




2. The program is offered through digital channel and very interactive so that candidate just need to spend minimum 1-2 hours/day

   
   




3. EduGenie ensuring 24 X 7 access of demand learning etc.

   
   

Now see what happens to me.

1. After enrolling in first week of Jan-2015, I didn’t get the access of online classes automatically. One day before the class I need to follow-up with the coordinator, after endless follow-up he provided a guest login. I didn’t get the roll-number for almost a month which is must have for online classes.

   
   




2. I didn’t get the books automatically, I followed up endless 2-3 months then only I got the book just before the exam. I have to escalate to VP Rakesh Yadav to get the books. So, how could I prepare?

   
   




3. EduGenie –It has old sessions uploaded in previous year. So, you attend a session from faculty A then you go back and find different faculty on EduGenie.

   
   




4. They claim high technology online program, however they can’t effort to send the SMS to remind us for registering for the exam. I called coordinator Mr. Himanshu multiple times, but he never told the dates, he asked me to check back after few days. Don’t they know we are working professional and don’t have much time to follow-up on these things. Why can’t they send us SMS reminder or Email reminder. So far, I missed my all exams and didn’t get a single reminder.  However, they send very prompt reminder to submit fee for second semester. Very business oriented.   They are very professional when it comes to fee, Mr. Himanshu told me that you have to aishwaryasingh23 additional 500 for each exam as you missed the exams. But, he never remind us via email or SMS that exams are due now.

   
   




5. I have lost faith and money in this institution so I decided to fight against it and get my and many others money back. I am going into consumer court so please join the hands -send email to skm2305@gmail.com
