It was a real horrible and traumatic experience to go Inspirations, Marathalli branch.
The staff is careless, untrained and have no courtesy for the customer waiting.I went there for hair services.First of all they made me sit for an hour saying every 15 minutes that someone is coming to attend.At last one came who was just putting oil on my hair saying that she is doing head massage.Then suddenly she left for another customer leaving me in the middle of this oil session. Another new one came who was disinterested in the work and took me for Hair Wash, there also she left in between, came after 5 minutes and just finished it off. Can you imagine the oil was still in the hairs.
When I complained about it the explanation was that shampoo was over.Aha...Now threading time. Oh god. She took half an hour to do so with lots of cuts and bruises. Ultimately I had to complain about it and the Manager was saying you can have the service again..Imagine after wasting so much of time and money. I will not recommend anyone to visit Inspirations even if the services are available with various coupons available these days.
