Firstly, this parlour(if it can be called) - inspirations and malleshwaram is not worth POOR, as a matter of fact POOR is way better than this junk yard. I had been to this parlour few days back for threading, facial and pedicure. I had taken an appointment at 11:30 and was present there at dot 11:30. The receptionist said that the beauticians were busy with other clients and I would have to wait for 10 mins. I was fine! But this 10 mins was never to end and almost after an hour, I was so much bugged that I asked if I had to come some other day. Guys, They have this dont care attitude. The first answer was "mam, can you come tomo at 11? and then someone else said "mam, we can start with your pedicure".jerks! During the time when I was waiting, there were some 2-3 people who had come and asked that they wanted this and that service. Good that they were asked if they had any prior appointment and they didn't take.but they were also asked to wait! Now I got to know why despite taking an appointment, I was made to wait.
anyways, atleast my pedicure started and ended in no time.yes, in no time.they hardly spent 10 mins for pedicure and they charge 250 bucks! she said that my facial would be next and would do it in some time. this some time was also like that 10 mins.I was completely exhausted becasue this time they made me wait for more than an hour, why? becasue there were so many people, waiting in the line. It was almost 2'o clock in the afternoon, and nothing seemed to happen. I enquired about what is happening, they are so ill mannered, they give you answer like "please wait mam"(after waiting for more than an hour?) else "wait let me ask this person"( the lady leaves and never comes back) or they simply stare at you! are they running a beauty parlour? this was my first experience at inspirations! I felt I should have gone to the same old parlours I usually go.and the people are so senseless, when facial started after almost 2 hours and frequent enquiries, their so called facial was a mere face wash, exremely hopeless, let me repeat, extremely hopeless scrub and then a thin face pack which they washed off just after 5 minutes.their overall facial was way third class. These people spent 2 hours on facial. before you start thinking, waw! 2 hours for facial, let me tell you, these people after applying some damn cream, instead of massaging the face, they leave and attend other people and forget that you even existed. you need to call them "hello! can you continue with my facial?" I wanted to run away from this place. thanks to inspirations for wasting and spoiling my weekend. After my facial was done, I was pending with threading.I could not wait for any more time. Because I knew I would have to wait for another 10 minutes(2 hours) and for what? a horrible service like that? NO way on earth was I going to get that, even if they were doing it for free.
By the time I left that junk yard, it was almost 4'0 clock. I couldnt belienve that I got a facial(if you could call that) and pedicure(again if you could call that) done after spending 5 hours in that place!
I do not want to endorse any other parlour, but guys! Now you know whether to go to this parlour or some other.
