All This is FYI of the terrible experience in buying furniture from Inscape Furniture Shop opp IIMB. I purchased furniture from Inscape. I paid half the total amount and the rest was agreed to be paid after the delivery of all the furniture pieces. The delivery came in bits and pieces in 3 lots - 2nd lot was defective - had a broken frame. We asked Inscape to replace the frame. Initially they refused to even listen to the problem saying this is what it is, they have nothing better aboslutely!! After a while since the payment was due, Nagaraj came and inspected the damage and agreed to fix it. This fix took 2 months+ to happen.
Today the inscape representative and the labours came straight to our flat [thanks to our Security check neither the main gate nor the block security called us to check first] The new frame was also a damaged one and on calling Nagaraj to replace/ repair it. There was a don't care answer.!!! After iterating this I finally told them that if u can't do this for new furtniture purchase after so long a hassle, u better refund the paid amount, on realisation of cheque, u can take the furniture back. Their offer was send the furniture back immediately, come to our shop and take the amount later which I didn't agree to obviously after this terrible experience.
This person also said this will be a problem for u - almost a threatening. The representative who came started shouting at us saying u guys don't know kannada etc. So this was the in scape episode! `
