This is not my first purchase from Saraf and in the past they have done better than this.
I ordered customization on the product and saw a number of issues with the delivered product:
Incorrect dimensions - I had ordered the sideboard to be of 60" length and the received sideboard is for 63" . Due to this the overall dimensions do not match to the order specifications, the sizes of drawers and cupboard compartments are much bigger than what I had specified
Shelves missing - both the cupboards were supposed to have shelves, but they are missing
Poor alignments and finish on doors, drawers and joints
Unfortunately there is no ability to attach images with this review, else I would have shared the deviations on the end product.
A technician from Saraf visited my place, he agreed that there is deviation on the delivered product and it warrants a replacement.
But now the Saraf team is denying a replacement with following comments:
"Sir, The product is customized and made according to your given size and measurements and we dispatched the same from our end. This is not our standard product and customized according to your convenience. We dispatched the same product that you booked.
So we can not replace this product with another product and measurements."
When I speak with them over the phone, they are polite and give a standard answer "Sir, aaj check karvata hu".
On Email support, they have probably deployed some robots who just copy/paste standard replies over and over again with you understanding of customers issues.
On chat support, nothing gets resolved, they chat with you for minutes with no conclusive response.
