Me and my fiancee went to watch "Dirty picture" on 16Dec2011(4:45pm show). We had gold class tickets for 180/- each. The gold class was no better than any low quality theatre. There were mosquitoes, no AC and bad seats. We were the only people in the gold class. We wondered have we made a mistake coming here. Then around 15 more people joined us. At 4.45om the movie started. Everything looked ok but the characters were speaking but we could not hear any dialogues. Only the background music and narration was audible. Then few people started shouting "No sound coming bhaiyya". Then the movie stopped. There were people working in projector room to rectify maybe, but no one came and told anything to audience. Then again the movie continued from where it stopped. Again no sound and once again it stopped. This went on for some 20 minutes. All of us patiently waited. Then still seeing no sign of anything happening, we went outside to contact the personnel. When asked, the guy near the door said, "wait 5 minutes sir." Again this drama went on for 20 minutes more.
Finally everyone were fed up and demanded to see the manager and ask for refund. We had to roam around looking for person in-charge. Every personnel was saying we dont know where manager is. Finally after 1 hour(5.45 pm) we found him near ticket counter. And he agreed to refund. When one of the audience complained about how the service was bad, how no one explained what was happening and how we had to roam around the whole theatre for 30 min looking for someone to get refund, the manager started screaming at him saying take your refund and go. It was a very bad attitude from innovative multiplexstaff. They behaved as if we were asking for charity, after all what had happened. Even without this incident, 180/- for this badly maintained, poor quality theatre is pure waste of money.
So I request people who read this, not to goto innovative multiplex. Spread the word to so that people with this kind of cheap attitue wont thrive. Thank You
