This is one of the new app for me. I got information from visiting LULU MALL.They are promoting this app.As a customer of mall, i have downloaded and registered in my mobile and also Mall is promoting this app only.To get points, we need to open app and upload bill details with 7 days from purchase date.
Advantage is this app is common platform of other loyalty card like Titan, Payback, shoppers stop, big-bazaar etc.so we will get accumulated points from all cards and can be used for redeeming at any participated shops. Disadvantage is low performance in uploading bills and taking time for approval. I don't understand why did they have taken decision to do like this.this.
Actually customer can show his id at POS and credit the points as we are doing for payback.am i correct? have you ever used this app?
