The instrument is portable to adjust on the table anywhere and has automated power conserving feature if it is idle for long time then it sleep.It is wise to use Inkjet in a office where lot of reports and paper work is done.The instrument is affordable and can be operated easily.
Laser Printers has very limited options, needs space and high cost on maintenance.The drum inside the filler also has to be changed frequently for better quality printing.It does not have sleep mode while not operating and uses more power .Has software specification problem while installing and most of the time driver runs out of date.It is not wise to use it in a place where frequent use of printer is required.It is costly and also have a high maintenance cost everytime for refilling .
