I was been with ING Vysya Life Insurance, now its Exide Life Insurance, my training was very good, but my manager is very waste fellow his is bhasker, he was my branch manager he is my immediate boss, during the training itself he called me and asked for sales.
I said it not possible still I am not aware of the product how can I give sales to the company, then he shouted me like a dog, and disconnected the phone.
At that time I thought to leave the company immediately but it was too late I already resign my job from the previous company so I continued with ING, after the completion of the training I reported to him, and he said on the same day he need 50k of policy at any cost, or else I need to leave the company, I have given policy of my friend. very next day again he started I said, I have to start doing marketing I need to generate the sales but he is not in mood to listening. Mid management of the ING is really very worst, if you talk about the product also its not that much worthy, ICICI having very good products, instead of taking ING every one can buy products from ICICI Prudential life insurance products.
