I have been with infosys for the last 2 yrs. Its not a place to work. U have to work for long hours on an avg 11 hrs every day. And in all the cities infosys is only present out of the city.
So u have to travel more than 1 hr every day. No proper hikes. People working for infosys for the last 6 yrs still get a salary of 35, 000 per month. Its too bad. even o saturdays and sundays the company is always full. that means u work on weekends also. and uy may or may not get comp offs. Most importantly no sick leaves. U get 15 leaves per year thats it. U cant always carry forward ur leaves also.
