Infosys was a kind of dream which was not only associated with even with my family. Being one of the best student I was working among the best mechanical industry but decided to be part of Infosys, the training period was the best where I learnt so many things in a span of 4 months. Then moved to production and nightmare started.
Infact my lead and PM were very kind and helping they helped and taught us but we forced to come to office for 60 continuous days and at the end I was happy with aching spine and thick glasses that was the reward. Project by project it got repeated at the end I was hospitalized while working and no ambulence or cab provided for me for home drop. Infosys is bounded with stupid and baseless rules which are only to worsen our lives. They have to walk around a Kilometer to reach to their cubicle. If u r 2 min late at gate#7 then take a 1.5 km round walk to reach to gate 6 what a crap. After CRR disclosure PM/DM treated us as their slaves and forcefully aske to shut our mouth.
When I went to DM and I told that I dont have choice then how bluntly he asked to quit rather than listening ur problem. This is organiztion where people consider a Monarchy system in true sense very communist like China or dictatorship like Iraq.In last 3 years the considerable salary change is only 3k per month even after having CRR 1 twice and once CRR2. Worked on weekends even if your sister is getting married, ur grandfather expired but these ruthless people will never understand the value of family for the subordiantes. manager will work from home and will attend their kids school function but we can not attend our parents marriage anniversary, sister wedding, grandpa death mourning nothing because here customer, buildings, trees, grass, tie, formals are most valuable assests and employee are sheep or goat.
I am sorry to say but we donot find the dreams of NRN and Nandan getting full filled here. Krish has nothing to do with employee. NRN if u get a chance to meet ur young employee please meet them the company is being run by them not by the sick policies and dirty and false media news provided by MD Pai and Nandita.We always consider ourselves as part of you and Infy and inspite of all this odd I am still part of Infy and can not quit this organisation so easily.
I want my Infy in the same state wat it is used to be till 2007.Infosys is truly an image of developed India so NRN please take a step and do something. Give us proper hike and proper respect what we deserve.I am here for last 5-6 years and it is tough to say bid adieu. But policies are forcing us to quit. NRN once u told Infy is ur daughter please take care of ur daughter else these senior guys will spoil the name.Infy attained such heights by old policies not these new sick policies. Bring the old days back and give the same freedom to employees.
I am bit emotional while writing but I swear of GOD everythinh what I wrote is close from my heart. If you go to any food court you will find people are abusing Infosys policies.
Do something else you will lose your soldiers and it will be filled by laterals who have tasted so many companies salary and they will come and work for few years and keep harrashing freshers as they are not famaliar with old Infy culture where freshers are consider as kid and we senior guys mentor them. Infy has done tremendous job in building a big pool of talented software engg who has cutting edge over others.
Please save Infosys and eventually save India's software industry. This company almost give 10-15k of well trained software professional every year.
NRN it is onus for you to do the repair work and seek advice from our beloved Nandan not greddy people like Finacle head, HRD Head, CEO etc.
