The job hours are long, even as an intern. The work itself is intensive, and requires a great deal of commitment to see through. It keeps you busy, and given the nature of the work ( in dealing with environmental tourism) , it gives you a sense of accomplishment to complete a task. The senior staff are friendly and approachable, but do expect a good work ethic.
Over all, an internship with them can be a very good learning experience, provided you are fully committed to the task. The kind of work you are assigned is flexible, and based entirely on your skill set. As a small organisation, they do tend to have a large number of tasks your particular skills may apply to, but they do a very good job of narrowing it down to balance your tasks with their immediate requirements.
