I will share my experience with one the largest company Infosys. Just 2 weeks back, I applied for jobs through some referral. Within a week I got call my interview was scheduled.
On the day of interview, It started on time without any delay and entire process of interview was very smooth.
After that even 2nd round was also happened on next day only.
Since I had already cleared 2 rounds, so next round was with client manager. Luckily I got selected. After HR discussion, everything was finalized clearly.
Even I did not expected, than within a month things will be finalized so fast and transparent.
In today's IT industry, there is no rule and no clarity. I had best experience here
