I feel this review is:
I am not writing this because I had bad experience but everyone I know who has worked for them have the same feed back.Salary is decent but there is no growth. HR is horrible. The HR manager there is the worst HR I have ever met in my career. She is a poisonous snake that will bite you with the first opportunity. Everyone hates her. Still she has the power of CEO.Work environment is very very immature. Those who will join them from a CMM5 company will know what I mean. Managers are bad in the entire IT industry and this company is no exception.I have worked with some major IT companies and would seriously recommend those coming from bigger organizations to not join them. Top management isn't impressive either. They have standard profiles.
