I just bought Infinix Hot 4 Pro from flipkart in a very cheap price that is only 7500/-. It seemed to be a fully featured smartphone as I got a bigger display( 5.5) , 3GB RAM and 4000mAh battery life. But soon my happiness faded away due to following issues.
Design- Build quality is good but not the best. I like the big screen but when I started the phone I found its display so pathetic. Display screen colour has layers in it and it is not quite impressive. I also use Vivo Y51L having the same resolution that is 1280x720, but Hot 4 is less attractive in this regard than Vivo.
Performance- Even 3GB RAM and Mediatek Quad Core 1.3GHz doesn't make it faster. It lags a bit while swapping the menu display or home display. Even it lags while playing 'Ninja Arashi' a small sized game( just 42MB) . It is not smooth at all while playing bigger sized games. Some apps like Skrillo and Bikewale crashed during using. I think Infinix must look into the issue. Network holding capability is good.
Camera- Provides 13MP rear and 5MP front facing. Neither the rear nor the front camera is up to the mark. Low light performance of the rear camera is really bad. Front one is somehow OK type. I am totally unsatisfied with the cameras.
Battery Backup- Although provided with 4000mAh battery, it drains faster while surfing 4G internet and playing games. I was shocked to see its draining rate that is approximately 1% per 2-3 minutes. It is not fair man! And it is timetaking while recharging it ( 2.5 hours of charging for cent percent battery level) .
Sound- While playing music in phone speaker, it is not as clear as Vivo or Samsung. I felt it somehow noisy and the bass does not perfectly beat up. Call Ringtone and notification sound also got the same issue. It is louder but not of distinctive quality. Totally disappointing.
Other issue - Phone heats up quickly and the fingerprint sensor can also be felt somehow warm. Fingerprint sensor resoponding well but not every time.
My overall experience using this smartphone is less impressive. This is my personal review about Infinix Hot 4 Pro.
You guys think twice and go through all reviews before buying this cheap machine.
