While surfing across sites, I was looking for a Royal Enfield and came across this website...apparently they had the bike which I wanted. so I placed a request to contact dealer on November 2nd, there was a mail send to my inbox saying thank you for choosing Infibeam our representative will reach you within 48 hours...no call or any response till 8th November, finally I only called them up on their customer care to ask what's the status...the guy at the other end replies, "Sir, the person handling the Automobile section is on leave and will return on 11th November".


No option but to wait till 11th November, instead, on 15th November, I called them again with an aggression asking whether they are interested or no to service back...the person replied...sir, your query is in process and will get a call by tomorrow 10am i.e. Tuesday, 16th November...today is 17th November and I still haven't got any call from Infibeam....god knows what are they upto???
