I have received a gas geyser from Infibeam and I was very excited to use the same keeping in mind that it would be lovable. First thing first, I received the product on 18th Nov however, I was told that the delivery date would be 10th Nov at max. I forgot delay in the delivery when I received the same however, I found that the product I received from Infibeam is actually damaged and I felt really very bad. Guyz understand one thing if we actually show some faith in online shopping and find the product not up to the mark once received. It actually hurts.
I have lodged a complaint within the department and am really very disappointed with their services. Please guyz never shop on this site as it is really not a legitimate company. I am gonna file a complaint in consumer court about this company and this company does not know what a customer can do in case of being fraudulent.

Mandeep had a word with the representative while lodging a complaint however, the rep told her that their executive will come and repair the geyser. My question is do we actually shop online, so that we find a damaged brand new product and then get that repaired to use it further... Fu** off...
