They just kept the money I paid, no product, no refund, no intimation. pathetic site pathetic service.
I purchased "Philips SHE 3900 Earphone" from infibeam.com on 24th september i.e., 1 month 7 days ago. but till date I have not received the product nor have I received the refund although.
I requested them to cancel my order over phone for which they refused to provide any complaint number and said that I will receive a mail which I did not receive. now I do not even have any confirmed status of my order.
