I bought a Butterfly mixer grinder from Infibeam and had the worst shopping experience of my life. I bought the product seeing a good deal and paid the entire money. Then there was no update from the company. I had to call and remind them to send it out. Then the product reached me in 7-10 days. To my surprise the the very first time I switched on the mixer grinder it worked for 30 secs and then it burst with a big sound and stopped working(we had the shock of our life). I called Infibeam to report this(you will have to wait 5-10 mins for the call to be picked up).
The customer care was so irritating in their behaviour that they kept avoiding me telling that it's not their problem. They even asked me to talk to the vendor to complain. Finally after lot of struggle they agreed to log a complaint and initiate a return/refund. Then there was no news from Infibeam for a week. I had to again call 10-15 times to request them to do something for the return/refund for the product. The customer care is only interested in irritating/fooling the customers. They keep telling that I should wait for weeks as per policy and they some how want to cut the call. This went on for 3-4 weeks and I would have called them 50-60 times wasting hours of my time. At last after 4 weeks they agreed to ask a courier to take the return pick up.
This again took 2 weeks. Some one came to pick up the mixer grinder after 4-5 weeks. They told me they will send it back only after 1 week as they don't have approval from Infibeam to send it back. I had to call them again to request to give the approval. Finally after struggle for 1-2 weeks the shipment was send back. Then again I had to keep calling the customer care to remind them about processing the refund. Finally after almost 6 weeks of continuous struggle from my side I got the refund. Not even once during this period, Infibeam tried even for 5 mins to process the refund and had the mentality to help me as a customer. They just want to fool me.
This is the most irritating/irresponsible Online shopping portal I have ever seen. You will get fooled if you try buying anything from here. So please don't buy anything from Infibeam. Even if you pay higher price, buy from some where else. Don't even try going to this site. Please spread this message so that no one else gets fooled like me.
