The worst online shopping portal I have ever seen. The order was placed on 23 November and the delivery is still not done for Apple Macbook Air 13 inches for which i've paid INR 64200 in advance. Terrible is the word for this company. I recommend not to buy any product from them specially high value products.
They just fool around people. They mentioned on the website that the order will be shipped within 2-3 days and that way it should have reached me by 28 Nov but today upon calling them they said, it has been shipped today that too the tone of customer care executive was like they are doing some favour on me by make it available in next 3-4 days.
they say it will be delivered in one week but I got my product at the end of second week. No good customer care response, when ever you call them they just keep on making false promises about delivery. Its just not it, quality of product is also not that good they say it would be so I advice everyone to just compare your product you want to buy with other sites but just dont purchase it from infibeam.
