Infibeam:Shop with a Smile. Review on Infibeam

After writing dozens of reviews on Books, today I decide to write something about ‘Infibeam.com’ which is an Online Shopping Site. Infibeam was founded in 2007.All electronics devices, Stationary, Food Materials cum daily need's products and books are available on this website. Big discounts on a large number of products given by this shopping site. There are few(pros) and few(cons) about this site written below in this review with my current experience.

My Experience:-

Let’s start with my experience, Last month I purchase five books worth’s Rs. 1000, 30% - 40% discount on each book. Payment method was easy lots of cards and wallets accepted by them. Although everything was perfect but the delivery process was very very slow, I had waited for more than Ten Days for delivery..

Product’s Availability:-

If  there is trouble to find any product on another online shopping site then you should have to visit this site. Approximately all products are available on infibeam. I found this site better than Amazon, Snapdeal, and few others.  Tracking of order option is better than other online shopping sites. Product returning process is also simple.

About Customer Care:-

Anyone can easily contact customer care adjectives for queries and reports. Customer care is user-friendly and talks very politely with customers.

Like any other shopping site, Infibeam has so many Cons & Pros which are given below:-

Pros:-

1. User-Friendly customer care services.

3. Specification of products written in detail.

   
   




4. Rs. 5000 is the upper limit for wallet and wallet facility is very useful for Simpler and faster checkouts.

   
   

Cons:-

1. Delivery speed was slow in my case.

1. Some Rural and other areas are not serviceable on this website.

   
   




2. No Toll-Free customer care number available.

   
   




3. Upload ID option is confusing.

   
   

Conclusion:-

A shopping site with Vast Products and Delivered all around India. Great deals having great discounts. EMI Service Available on thousands of Products. Delivery speed was slow in my case, it may be good in yours. Customer Care service is working very good and anyone can contact easily.  Although my experience was more than average and I think Three Stars are fair enough for it. This site is not very popular and not well known that’s why people are missing so many great deals.
