I had Bought  Padmini Essentia - Induction Cooker Adya (Black) order No. - 9236818 on 22 Aug, I had received it on 27th, till now every thing was ok, but real horror starts now,


1) when I opened the packet there was no BILL or Invoice in it, even deo's sold online are provided with proper invoice how can they sell Electronic product with around 1500 Rs. value without bill, I think its illegal.


2) Warranty Card is not Stamped by dealer as well as nothing is written on it regarding seller or dealer thus makes it useless.


3) Worst thing Cooktop not working it stops after 30-40 secs showing Error "E5", either they dont check the product before shipping which I cant believe as Cooktop box seemed to be open and then packed with ordinary Tape, by any means it shows its not factory packed, or most probably they are selling defective products That's why lesser price (Or higher price compared to actual value of junk they are selling).


4) Till now it was somehow mixed feeling that it might be rarest of rare cases of electronics goods not working (when operating for first time), though I don't expect such worst/Chinese quality products from padmini.


5) Now the final part of feeling being scammed, their Customer Care number "+91-79-40260260 (24X7 Customer Support)" do not exist (i tried from Bsnl postpaid No., I am hoping its just temporary problem) also unable to submit ticket on their website always shows wrong Captcha no matter how clearly you are able to see it and write it.


6) Finally wrote email but no response received till now.


7) Finally one more thing product they sold me is not listed on Padmini Essentia Website this means its outdated product, any way it was lapse on my part not checking it before buying.


I bought it as a deal of the day  in their MAGIC BOX section, earlier I thought its regarding price what they are referring to magic but now it seems they were referring to how they vanish after selling you defective product that's the real magic.


I must have read these reviews on mouthshut before wasting my hard earned money. I hope that on this platform infibeam might be able to get my complaint as most of the people are getting official response from them and they will get defective product replaced.


I will post updates to inform other buyers whether its genuine case of faulty goods or seller being a fraud and scamming your money.
