Good for me luckily. Review on Infibeam

Looking at buying a washing machine for some days, landed on the website of Infibeam through google search. Had a discount coupon on their website which gave a further discount of around 5% after initial discount of around 800 bucks.

Checked Infibeam reviews on mouthshut and most of them were negative and fake(seemingly as they were single reviews IMO).

Still then decided to order the Samsung Fully automatic 6.5 kg washing machine and paid upfront. Got a sms and email confirmation. The machine was sent by Gati couriers and received it within 6 days of ordering. The courier guy delivered it without any accompanying invoice and I thought the invoice copy would be inside the box.

I kept the box unopened to avoid the chances of making the warranty void. Called the Samsung customer care for installation of the machine in the afternoon on 4th April and he promised to send the engineer by 8 pm same day. As expected no one turned up for 2 days and on Monday the guy came in and installed the machine in 5 mins.

To my surprise there was no invoice copy attached with the shipment and the engineer agreed to return without it.It was a free installation service.

Machine is working fine, but there is a small dent on the front side which was discovered only after opening the box which was a but of a put off.

I have written to Infibeam for a invoice copy to claim warranty and they have not replied for 5 days over now.
