Purchased Printer:
Wrong product delivered after 6-7 days then they started giving endless stress . increased the price of the product I have ordered and started negotiating about extra money from me. They delivered the right product after 24 days of ordering. In between I made 200 calls to get the right product. It was a horrible experience when they used to put call on hold for 10-12 mins and let me tell you that they don't have toll free number so they were paid calls. I had to call and mail them 3-4 times to get even right bill of the product.
This was my second purchase from them and both the time I got wrong/faulty products.
