The review was edited because the order was a gift and I did not know the details of the delivery. The dealer of the air-conditioner ordered was timely in getting in contact for making delivery. The product was delivered yesterday after making an appointment. But the info is not updated on the website. There is no courier details because the dealer is making delivery. So there was misunderstanding because of lack of info.
I still have to make sure by contacting the person to whom I had gifted about the condition of the items, two air-conditioners. Should be ok.
