Never ever order from Infibeam. They are highly unprofessional and untrustworthy.
They take more than 15 days to deliver an item and sometimes the customer service reps are not even aware when will it be delivered. The delivery dates given in the account are never right. They can Never deliver on the given dates.
The biggest shocker is the customer service reps hang up on you.first they keep repeating like parrots the delivery date of the item, even if the delivery date has crossed.
I had placed an order on 8th of January and the delivery date was 16th which itself is a long time considering the fact that Amazon and Flipkart deliver in sometimes less than half that time.
Then my delivery date got extended to 19th of January and today is the 20th. When I called the customer service nobody picked up the call the first 5 times.
After that a lady picked up the call and hung up on me when she could not give me a specific date that it could be delivered on.
After that a man picked up the call and kept repeating it will be delivered on 19th even though I kept pointing out to him today is the 20th.
It was ASSININE!
I should have checked these reviews before I ordered from Infibeam. There are other customers too who faced a lot of hassles with INfibeam.
Please check these links and save yourself the trouble. Never ever order from Infibeam. Amazon and Flipkart are extremely good in comparison!
