Real test of any service provider is when the problem crops up., If all is well Infibeam is nice company with efficient delivery system. However, in case of problem please do not complain to them and write off the amount spend on the order. This company have no system of customer grievances redressal. You will be wasting money by calling their Ahmedabad office and getting stereo type replies from the people in the call centre. Even your e mail will be sent to dust bin. You will not get refund or compensation of your money in case non delivery or wrong delivery of your ordered product.
You can still shop online with them if you are ready to take this risk. I am talking of my experience of at least ten dealings. Nine went well and the problem came in one dealing and I am getting the real tast of this company. It is not being run by professional it appears and have no mechanism to redress customer complaints. It is nothing but a lottery and you may be the lucky winner in case goods are delivered as per order. Yes one more thing it is better to order on Cash Pay cash when good arrives and can sit quiety if it does not turn up.
