Hi, I made a purchase from this site for the first time and that turned to be a disaster. I wanted send my family in India a new year gift , a dinner set (Rs.3500), for which I used this site. I ordered an item on Dec 22nd and they send the item by IPS.


After 14 days ordering I asked the company to send the tracking ID for which they send me a wrong tracking ID, few more days passed with no idea where the product is. Then my family in India receives a call from IPS that they have received the product and we had to collect the item from there.


After all these pain, when we opened the packet, they send a wrong dinner set with the a weird design ever and my family hated it. I had to send 15 long mails attaching the pictures and telling the story of the wrong delivery, and they did not send me a reply.


I contacted them from here on phone and what they replied me is they will look into this matter in 48h. Every day I used to call them and in the end they replied that, the case is closed. They will not refund any money or they will not send the right item either. The item I received was packed in 2008 too.


What they had to say for this is that below the picture of dinner set in the web it is written,  the picture is indicative. So there is no guarantee that they will send  the right item. I felt cheated. The customer service is of no help and gives false promises, even though they are polite.


That is the current status. I am still contacting them. I will update if I receive the money or the right product.


I strongly suggest not to buy anything from this site. And I really feel to move legally against such people  who plays with peoples money, time and emotions.
