I would NEVER recommend INFIBEAM to anyone living in a non-metro. But hey, if you are living in a metro, even a donkey can deliver your product home without any hassles. So no points on that one.


I ordered a book from Infibeam last month. I live within an army cantonment and I had provided multiple contact numbers to contact me at, once the product reached anywhere near my area of residence. A week passed without a hint. As soon as they saw the word'Cantonment' in the address, Infibeam's courier guys promptly decided that the area is out of bounds and totally refused to even deliver the product at the main entrance. They called once, and that is it. After that we never heard from them. Later, we even sent a guy to the courier company; the product was not there.


Infibeam's reps called me two times, each time, totally clueless as to anything that was going on. I had to start calling them multiple times, finally the product was re-shipped, this time with proper instructions from my end, as to how to carry out the delivery.(I told them that all they had to do was to reach the gate of the cantonment, and we would personally pick the package up from there). No go. I called, re-called, and re-re-called until I had memorized the order number AND probably had talked to every Tom, Dick and Harry working in the "company".


Finally, some person who called himself the Supervisor in Infibeam, called me for a delivery-in-48hrs-or-your-money-back guarantee. It has now been 72 hours and no response from their end. I have up called multiple times. They promise a call-back within one hour but never do.


Zero points to Infibeam on Customer Service, Meeting Deadlines, Accountability, Adhering to Commitment and Honesty.
