Guys I am just pasting the email which I have sent to infibeam Customer Support
Team,
I am thoroughly deceived by infibeam.com. The iphone ad is going on till 15th that "Get assured delivery by 16th" And I placed an order being deceived by that. You talk about terms and conditions but you have you explicitly mentioned after that message.
This is really really not right. If I had to get this on any other date I would have gone to any other reseller but you.
Also, if you can update something somehwere in terms and condition(and yes you have updated it because it is written in past tense now) - "Offer of delivery on launch date has ended "
You told me that updation of site takes time. If that so how did that get updated.
I was on recorded line and you listen to my conversation. This is the best BS response from any CS in the world. I wish I wouldn't have got into the trouble of this conversation.
