I have been ordering books from infibeam.com for past 1.5 years. I had no problems in delivery but pricing was high when compared to other online retail sites.
But I had to face their worst customer service when I ordered kaspersky internet security 2012(Order no: 8213290). It started with the courier service. The courier guy was rude(they partner with company providing service like them!) and when I got the package it was torn a little bit( I didn't notice it because I asked my colleague to get it for me). When I opened the package, I saw a different product delivered. They delivered kaspersky anti-virus 2010. I didn't open the box.
I wrote an email to the customer service detailing the problems. I didn't get reply from them for 3 days. I again wrote an email to them. I got reply after 2 days and they mentioned the courier service is not guaranteed by them and asked me to send a photograph of the product.
I send them the photograph of the Kaspersky antivirus and asked them for reshipment. No reply for 4 days. Again I reminded them through mail. I got reply from them apologizing for the wrong shipment and them preparing for reshipment. After 13 days, no reshipment, no notification mail, nothing.
I have again sent a reminder mail. Its been the worst customer service experience I had so far. I haven't tried their contact telephone number. I don't want to go-through again the same process.
I strongly do not recommend infibeam.com to anyone, unless you are risk takers.
EDIT: Finally the issue got resolved. I got what I ordered after a month. Things got fast once I wrote this review and gave the purchase order no.
