The best part is that they clearly specify the time frame in which they can ship the items, and they adhere to their promise. Their courier service is also very quick in delivering. I had received my books in Ranchi, Jharkhand within 48 hours of ordering. They have a huge range of books, including non-academic as well as academic, and great prices. Most of the times shipping is free. I don't know much about their other product categories except books, but they are doing a really great job with books.
