Infibeam promptly deducted payment of rs 22400 from my credit card for order placed on 22nd Apr. Infibeam updated online status has completed by handing over to their logistics super service provider Gati. After continuous follow up on 9may gati said only document received not product.
Gati didn't have any eta about delivery of product and infibeam died have any say with Gati. Iam left at mercy of this pathetic logistics people. Now I cancelled this product with infibeam, there is no reference number nor email sent for cancelation. I left in dark and keep on guessing what next. This experience is very annoying and hope even my enemy should not go through this.
