The team is totally irresponsible.They don't abide by the commitments as mentioned in the site at the time of purchase.
Once you make a payment their work is done. And from thereon its your headache to get the product delivered.
They would chose any XYZ courier service to get it delivered. They are again very humble to ask you that please get in touch with the courier service and get the product delivered. Moreover the people are also very keen never to take any responsibility or to forward the call to the right representative. And commit saying that the problem is handled by some other department and they will get in touch with the same, but sure enough as you expect nothing happened.
They just don't give a damn about the consumers, as we as consumers are just lured to anything which is available at a lesser price. I became a victim once, would make sure not to be a victim again. Though I was having discount coupons for the other websites as well, I chose this website.
To my utter disappointment I ended up paying more then half the price of the product on the damn IVRS system just to get in touch with the nincompoop (customer care representative) and still with no results and no product delivery.
